Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Elysium Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If a student is under 13, a parent or school must accept these terms on their behalf.

Who can use Elysium Quest

Elysium Quest is a learning platform for students aged 8–18, used with parent or school consent. Accounts for children under 13 require verifiable consent from a parent or participating school.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • One account per learner. Sharing accounts undermines progress tracking and safety.
  • You can request deletion of your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Use Elysium Quest for learning. Do not attempt to bypass safety filters or extract content from the AI tutor for unrelated purposes.
  • Do not upload, submit, or request harmful, harassing, sexual, or illegal content.
  • Do not attempt to access other learners' accounts, data, or progress.
  • Do not use Elysium Quest to cheat on graded work that prohibits AI assistance — follow your teacher's or school's policy.

Student work & content

Learners keep ownership of the original work they create on Elysium Quest (portfolio entries, written responses, projects). By submitting work you grant Elysium Quest the limited right to store and display it back to you, your parent, and your teacher in the normal course of running the service.

AI tutor

The AI tutor is a learning aid, not a substitute for a qualified teacher, medical professional, or counselor. Responses may be incomplete or wrong. Tutor messages are filtered for age-appropriate content and may be reviewed for safety. See our Safety page for details.

Service availability

Elysium Quest is in early access. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product matures. We will give reasonable notice for material changes affecting your account or saved progress.

Termination

You may stop using Elysium Quest at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, especially where student safety is at risk. Where appropriate we will give you a chance to export your data first.

Disclaimers

Elysium Quest is provided "as is" during early access. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, uninterrupted service, or that all content is free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer or child-protection law.

Changes to these terms

We will post material changes to these terms here and update the version number above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; learners under 13 may need a parent or school to re-accept on their behalf.
